NatureHeal delivers a comprehensive programme of activities designed to develop, implement, and share biophilic learning approaches across our partner countries. Each activity contributes to our mission of supporting women's emotional wellbeing and workforce reintegration.
01 Project Management & Quality Assurance
Coordinated oversight ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery, and high- quality outcomes across all partner organisations throughout the project lifecycle.
02 Needs Analysis & Training
Programme Development Comprehensive research into participants' needs, followed by development of tailored biophilic learning materials and training frameworks.
03 Learning, Teaching, Training Activities for Educators
Intensive training sessions equipping educators and support professionals with practical skills for implementing biophilic approaches in adult education settings.
04 Local Piloting Workshops
Hands-on workshops in Spain, Serbia, and Türkiye where women experience nature-connected learning whilst preparing for workforce reintegration.
05 Dissemination & Visibility
Strategic sharing of project outcomes, resources, and learnings across European adult education networks to maximise impact and sustainability.
